First Annual Farmaste Hootenanny!   Saturday, June 8,  12:30 - 5

Join us for the family-friendly kick-off of our event season - a good old fashioned hootenanny! Music, food, vegan vendors, kids activities, and time with farmed animals. Is there a better way to spend an afternoon?

Reverie will be there selling delicious plant-based food. Back by popular demand after entertaining us at our Grand Opening last year, Chris Snyder will be playing live music. We will have vegan vendors onsite - including Coconut Whisk Baking Co. and Maji Designs Jewelry. Awesome Farmaste merch will be for sale. We will have activities for kids. And of course, we will be offering farm tours!

Farm tours are your chance to meet our residents up close and learn more about their histories. Have you ever wanted to hug a cow? Give a pig a tummy rub? This is your chance!

The Hootenanny is free to attend and you will be able to view a small number of our residents from outside the fenced enclosures. If you want to go inside the enclosures, you must have a tour ticket. Please note that children under the age of 5 must hold their parent's hand throughout the tour and will not be allowed in the pig and cow enclosures.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. This is for the safety of our residents and your children – we hope you understand.

There is no fee for children under the age of 8 and they don’t require a ticket for entry. Tickets for those 8+ are $10 (plus a small fee). Your full ticket price (minus the fee) will go directly toward the ongoing care of the residents you meet. Please check in at the marked “Tour Table” no later than five minutes prior to the start of your tour. Tours will last 75-90 minutes.

There will be a small number of tour tickets available for sale the day of the Hootenanny as well - but if you want to guarantee a spot at a specific time, we encourage buying in advance.
